Delivery |

Friendly Computer will make every effort to ensure speedy delivery of goods, but
any quotations of delivery times are our best estimates only, we will not be liable to
any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery of goods. |

Damages or Loss In Transit |
|
All claims for damage or loss during delivery must be made to the carrier within
7 days of the date of delivery, no claims will be considered after 7 days of receipt
of goods. Friendly Computer accept no liability for goods damaged or lost
in transition.

Return of Goods for Credit |
|

All items purchase from online auction cannot be return for credit or refund. |

|
All unopened items or items with complete un-marked package in resaleable condition
can be credit (exc shipping cost) within 14 days after delivered. Minimum 10% restocking
fee will be charge.

Faulty items will be subject to the normal return procedures of warranty. |

*All return items must have complete package in good condition. Extra charge for
damaged or lost package may apply(up to 25% of the purchase price). Customer must
arrange for the item to return to us at their own cost. |
