General
"Friendly Computer Online Store" is an online store operate by Friendly Computer
Services Ltd.
"Purchaser" means the company or entity purchasing the products from Friendly Computer
Services Ltd.
"Products" means the products and/or services supplied by Friendly Computer Services
Ltd.
Errors and
omissions excepted. Pictures of products are for illustrative purposes only, actual
product may vary. All product information and graphics are provided by its supplier.
Prices and Availability
Product prices are in NZ Dollars exc gst (unless state otherwise) and availiability display on the web-site only updates on time to
time basis, changes can be made without notice.
Payment and Credit
Unless Friendly Computer Services has agreed to extend credit to purchaser, payment is to be made in cash on delivery.
Payment by any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully cleared into Friendly Computer Services's bank account.
For those approved purchasers who qualify for the extension of credit, our terms are net maximum 7 days from date of invoice.
Purchaser indemnify Friendly Computer Services against all costs, expenses, damages or claims arising in any way where purchaser have failed to comply with any one of these terms, as modified from time to time.
If the payment fails, and goes to debt collection process, customer will be responsible for all the recovery cost.
Delivery
Friendly Computer will make every effort to ensure speedy delivery of goods, but
any quotations of delivery times are our best estimates only, we will not be liable to
any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery of goods.
Where goods appear to be damaged or missing, purchaser must contact the carrier
and Friendly Computer Services. All claims for damage during delivery
must be made to the carrier within 7 days of the date of delivery, no claims will
be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods.
Warranty
All products purchased from Friendly Computer Services are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to Support page for warranty details and the specified repair period for each product.
Friendly Computer Services will provide warranty service only in respect to products that were supplied by Friendly Computer Services
Friendly Computer Services will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the purchaser or to any other person or to the property of the purchaser or any other person arising out of the use or possession of the Products.
Although all possible care is taken to preserve your data, we cannot guarantee your data. Please make sure you have backed up all important data BEFORE bringing your computer / electronic device to us for serving. No responsibility will be accepted by Friendly Computer Services Ltd or the staff of Friendly Computer Services Ltd for any lose of data.
Returns
Friendly Computer Services may, but is not obliged to, accept the return of any product that was ordered and correctly supplied.
Faulty items will be subject to the normal return procedures of warranty.
VARIATION
Friendly Computer Services reserves the right to modify and vary these terms and conditions at any time.
Compliance with Applicable New Zealand Laws
These terms and conditions are governed by the New Zealand Laws
and any dispute under them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of
New Zealand.
